2.—(1) The School Information (England) Regulations 2008(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 4 (specified information to be published on the school’s website), after paragraph 12 insert—
“13. In respect of a school in receipt of an allocation from the Year 7 literacy and numeracy catch-up premium grant(2), details of:
(a)how it is intended that the current academic year’s allocation will be spent; and
(b)how the previous academic year’s allocation was spent; the effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of those pupils at the school in respect of whom grant funding was allocated; and how that effect has been assessed.”
S.I. 2008/3093. Relevant amendments to these Regulations are made by S.I.2012/1124.
The Year 7 literacy and numeracy catch-up premium grant is the sum of money paid under that name annually to a local authority under section 14 of the Education Act 2002 (c.32) on condition that it be allocated to maintained schools with eligible pupils in year 7.
