Provisions coming into force on the commencement date in relation to England

2.  The following provisions of the Act come into force on the commencement date in relation to England—

(a) section 180(1) so far as it inserts paragraphs 7A, 7B and 7C into Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1996(1);

(b) section 180(2) and (3);

(c) section 181; and

(d) section 182.
