Amendment to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

3.  In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(1) (departments etc. subject to investigation), the entry “Railway Heritage Committee” is repealed.

1967 c. 13 Schedule 2 was substituted by the Parliamentary Commissioner (No. 2) Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/2986). There are other amendments which are not relevant to this Order.
