4. Incapacity benefit payable under section 30A of the 1992 Act(1) or section 30A of the 1992 (Northern Ireland) Act(2).
Section 30A was inserted by section 1(1) of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Act 1994 (c. 18). Section 30A is to be repealed by Schedule 8 to the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (c. 5) at a date to be appointed.
Section 30A was inserted by Article 3(1) of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (S.I.1994/1898 (N.I. 12)). Section 30A is to be repealed by Schedule 8 to the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 (c. 2) at a date to be appointed.
