In accordance with section 22B(1) and (3)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 M1, a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House;
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22A and 428(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, make the following Order:
