The Education (Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2013

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

The Welsh Ministers have, in accordance with section 19(6) of the Education Act 2005(1), advised the Secretary of State for Wales on a recommendation to be made to Her Majesty as to the exercise of the power conferred by section 19(2) of that Act.

The Secretary of State for Wales has made a recommendation to Her Majesty in accordance with that advice.

Her Majesty in pursuance of section 19(2) of the Education Act 2005 and in accordance with that recommendation is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 14th March 2013.

2.  The persons named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales or Arolygwyr Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru with effect from 14th March 2013.

This Order appoints the persons named in the Schedule Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales, or Arolygwyr Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg A Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru.
