Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Infrastructure Planning (Prescribed Consultees and Interested Parties etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

These Regulations shall come into force on 6th April 2013.

In these Regulations—
a
“the 2009 Regulations” means the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 20092; and
b
“project” means a nationally significant infrastructure project.
