The Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 199364 is amended as follows.

In section 145 (procedure on an investigation) in sub-section (6)(k) for “or a recognised clearing house” substitute “, recognised clearing house, EEA central counterparty or third country central counterparty”.
