Amendment to the Pension Schemes Act 199321.
(1)
The Pension Schemes Act 199363 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 149 (procedure on an investigation) in subsection (6)(l) for “or a recognised clearing house” substitute “, recognised clearing house, EEA central counterparty or third country central counterparty”.
