These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Over the Counter Derivatives, Central Counterparties and Trade Repositories) Regulations 2013.

These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2013, immediately after section 6 of the Financial Services Act 2012 comes fully into force.
