PART 2 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Amendment of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999

21.  In Schedule 3A (date) to the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999(1), after paragraph 3(h)(2) insert—

“; or

(i) regulations under section 86(1) (hospital in-patients) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 apply, or cease to apply, to the claimant for a period of less than one week”.
