Development of LPS schemes U.K.

104.—(1)  [F1 NHS England] may make payments of financial assistance in respect of the development of LPS schemes.

(2) If a proposal for an LPS scheme is submitted to [F1 NHS England], it must consider whether or not to select that proposal for development, unless the proposal is vexatious or frivolous.
