The Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013

The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 75 and 76 of the Courts Act 20031, section 18(1A) of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 19722, sections 12 and 48 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 19823, sections 10 and 24 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 19854 and section 141(1) of the Adoption and Children Act 20025, after consulting in accordance with section 79 of the Courts Act 2003.
