Effect of withdrawal or cancellation33

If a contract is cancelled under regulation 29(1)—
a
the cancellation ends the obligations of the parties to perform the contract, and
b
regulations 34 to 38 apply.

Regulations 34 and 38 also apply if the consumer withdraws an offer to enter into a distance or off-premises contract.
