PART 1 Information to be included in an application for registration of producers or authorised representatives and notification of new scheme members

18.  In relation to each scheme member, confirmation of whether the operator of the scheme will be discharging that scheme member’s obligations under—

(a) regulation 28(1);

(b) regulation 29(1); or

(c) both (a) and (b).
