Amendments to paragraph 6 of Schedule 1

12.  In paragraph 6 of Schedule 1,

(a) in the heading, for “Outgoing” substitute “Fast outgoing”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), after “Certificate of Posting”, insert “free of charge”.
