The Accession (Immigration and Worker Authorisation) Regulations 2006 U.K.

3.—(1) The Accession (Immigration and Worker Authorisation) Regulations 2006 M1 are amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In regulation 7, in paragraph (2), for “The Secretary” substitute “ During the accession period, the Secretary ”.

(3) In regulation 11(1), for “Subject” substitute “ During the accession period, subject ”.
