The Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993 U.K.

1.  In paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 4 to the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993 M1 —

(a) for “(3)”, substitute “ (2A) ”; and

(b) for “or permanent residence card”, substitute “ , permanent residence card or qualifying EEA State residence card ”.
