The Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993 U.K.

1.  In paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 4 to the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993 M1 —

(a) for “(3)”, substitute “ (2A) ”; and

(b) for “or permanent residence card”, substitute “ , permanent residence card or qualifying EEA State residence card ”.

(a) in the heading, for “2000”, substitute “ 2006 ”;

(b) for “(3)”, substitute “ (2A) ”; and

(c) for “or permanent residence card”, substitute “ , permanent residence card or qualifying EEA State residence card ”.

The Accession (Immigration and Worker Authorisation) Regulations 2006 U.K.

3.—(1) The Accession (Immigration and Worker Authorisation) Regulations 2006 M3 are amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In regulation 7, in paragraph (2), for “The Secretary” substitute “ During the accession period, the Secretary ”.

(3) In regulation 11(1), for “Subject” substitute “ During the accession period, subject ”.
