Regulation 23 (person refused admission)

20.  In regulation 23—

(a) in paragraph (1)(b), after “(1A)” insert “, (1AB)”; and

(b) in paragraph (2), for “or a permanent residence card”, substitute, “, a qualifying EEA State residence card, or a permanent residence card”.
