11. In regulation 15A, in paragraph (9), for “regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1)” substitute—
“—
(a)regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1); or
(b)regulation 21B(2), where that decision was taken in the preceding twelve months.”.
