SCHEDULE 1 Amendments to the 2006 Regulations

Regulation 15A (derivative right of residence)

11.  In regulation 15A, in paragraph (9), for “regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1)” substitute—

“—

(a) regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1); or

(b) regulation 21B(2), where that decision was taken in the preceding twelve months.”.
