Regulation 15A (derivative right of residence)11
In regulation 15A, in paragraph (9), for “regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1)” substitute—
—
a
regulation 19(3)(b), 20(1) or 20A(1); or
b
regulation 21B(2), where that decision was taken in the preceding twelve months.
