This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Litigation Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2013.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order applies to England and Wales.

Article 3 and the definition of “NHS body” in the substitute paragraph (2) to be inserted into the Establishment Order by article 2 of this Order apply to England only.

In this Order, “the Establishment Order” means the National Health Service Litigation Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 19953.
