7.—(1) In regulation 5 (general application to Gibraltar)(1), in paragraph (3)(a), for “section 189 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Criminal Procedure Act” substitute “section 550 of, and Part A of Schedule 9 to, the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act 2011”.
(2) In that regulation, in paragraph (3)(b), for “section 189 of, and Schedule 6 to, that Act” substitute “section 550 of, and Part A of Schedule 9 to, that Act”.
