The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004(1).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Governance and Administration of Occupational Defined Contribution Trust-Based Pension Schemes) Appointed Day Order 2013.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator’s Code of Practice No. 13: Governance and administration of occupational defined contribution trust-based pension schemes is 21st November 2013.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order appoints 21st November 2013 as the day for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator’s Code of Practice No. 13: Governance and administration of occupational defined contribution trust-based pension schemes.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no direct impact on business, the public sector or civil society organisations.
