SCHEDULE U.K. Exceptions to and modifications of the Trade Marks Act 1994 in its application to the Isle of Man

[F1 25A.— (1) Section 88 (power of registrar to refuse to deal with certain agents) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)(b) for “an individual” substitute “a person”.

(3) In subsection (1)(c) for—

(a) “an individual” substitute “a person”;

(b) “him” substitute “the person”; and

(c) “his” substitute “the person’s”.]
