In section 55(1) (the Paris Convention)―
a
in paragraph (a), at the end omit “and”;
b
after paragraph (a) insert—

“the WTO agreement” means the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organisation signed at Marrakesh on 15th April 1994, and
c
in paragraph (b), at the end insert “or to that Agreement”.
