Appointed day2
The following provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 shall come into force on 12th February 2013—
a
section 178 (repeals), in so far as it relates to the provision specified in sub–paragraph (b); and
b
in Part 1 (coroners etc) of Schedule 23 (repeals), the entry relating to the Coroners Act 19882 in so far as it relates to section 5(2) of that Act.
