6. After regulation 5 insert—
5A.—(1) An RHI emission certificate must be issued by a testing laboratory.
(2) Where the information contained in an RHI emission certificate is based on testing carried out on or after the second relevant date, the testing laboratory must be accredited to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005(1) at the time of testing.
(3) An RHI emission certificate must contain the information set out in Schedule A1.”.
