13. The amendment made by paragraph 95(1) and (4)(c) of Schedule 2 does not affect the duty of a contractor under paragraph 51 of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Personal Dental Services Agreements) (Wales) Regulations 2006 M1 to co-operate with any investigation of a complaint which is begun by a Primary Care Trust and which continues to be investigated after 31st March 2013.U.K.
