The Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency (Establishment and Constitution) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 M1 is amended as follows.

In article 1(2) (interpretation), in the definition of “a health service body”, after paragraph (a) insert—

a clinical commissioning group established under section 14D of the National Health Service Act 2006;
