This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Codes of Practice) (Reporting Late Payment of Contributions) Appointed Day Order 2013.

The day appointed for the coming into effect of—
(a)
the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 5: Reporting late payment of contributions to occupational pension schemes: Second issue; and
(b)
the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 6: Reporting late payment of contributions to personal pension schemes: Second issue,
is 20th September 2013.

This Order appoints 20th September 2013 as the day for the coming into effect of—
the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 5: Reporting late payment of contributions to occupational pension schemes: Second issue; and
the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 6: Reporting late payment of contributions to personal pension schemes: Second issue.
