These Regulations revoke and replace with amendments the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/447).

These Regulations list authorised fuels for the purposes of Part 3 of the Clean Air Act 1993. One additional fuel is authorised and has been inserted into the Schedule in paragraph 59.

A full impact assessment has not been produced as no impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.
