2. Sections 48(1) and 146 of the 2007 Act come into force on 19th August 2013 to the extent that they relate to—
(a)paragraph 24 of Schedule 8 to the 2007 Act (omission of section 5 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992);
(b)paragraph 27 of Schedule 8 to the 2007 Act (omission of section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992) insofar as not already in force, and
(c)the entries in Part 1 of Schedule 23 to the 2007 Act (repeals: tribunals and inquiries) relating to sections 5 and 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(1).
