43. The National Health Service (Service Committees and Tribunal) Regulations 1992(1) are amended as follows.

S.I. 1992/664. Regulation 10(10), regulation 33 and paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 4 have been amended by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2008 (S.I 2008/2683).
