Export and transfer controls on equipment which might be used for internal repression U.K.

4.  Unless authorised by a UK licence, [F1 a person commits an offence and may be arrested if that person (directly or indirectly) exports, supplies or transfers] equipment, goods or technology which might be used for internal repression or for the manufacture and maintenance of products which could be used for internal repression as listed in Schedule 2 to any person, entity or body in Syria or for use in Syria.
