Amendment to the Discipline of Judges (Designation) Order 2009

5.  In regulation 3(2) of the Discipline of Judges (Designation) Order 2009(1) for “regulation 8(3)(b) or (c) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004” insert “regulation 8(2)(b) or (c) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013”.
