Amendment to the Discipline of Judges (Designation) Order 20095
In regulation 3(2) of the Discipline of Judges (Designation) Order 20097 for “regulation 8(3)(b) or (c) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004” insert “regulation 8(2)(b) or (c) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013”.
