Provision coming into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made
2. Section 102 of the Act (release and publication of datasets held by public authorities) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made for the purpose of inserting section 11B into the Freedom of Information Act 2000(1) (power to charge fees in relation to release of datasets for re-use).
