EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order provides for employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal to be “added tribunals” for the purpose of section 42 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.

Adding these tribunals enables the Lord Chancellor to make an order under that provision to impose fees for anything they deal with.
