The Highway and Railway (Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project) Order 2013

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(3) and (4) and 232(3) of the Planning Act 2008(1).

A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 232(6) of that Act.
