3.—(1) The Public Bodies Act 2011(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 26(1), omit “non-devolved”.

(3) In section 36(1), in the definition of “cross-border operator”, before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”.
