Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 57(7) and (8) (as applied by section 58(4)), 58, 59(1) and (2) and 60(3) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012,(1) make the following Regulations:
In accordance with section 60(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
