8.  Legionellosis.

9.  Malaria.

10.  Measles.

11.  Meningitis.

12.  Meningococcal septicaemia (without meningitis).

13.  Mumps.

14.  Paratyphoid fever.

15.  Plague.

16.  Acute poliomyelitis.

17.  Rabies.
