CHAPTER 2 U.K. Suspension notices and forfeiture

Duty of enforcement authority to give notice of suspension notices and forfeiture applications etc. U.K.

10.  An enforcement authority [F1 (except where the Secretary of State is the enforcement authority)] must give immediate notice to the Secretary of State of any—

(a) suspension notice served by it in respect of any construction products;

(b) application made by it for an order for forfeiture of any such products; or

(c) other thing done in respect of any such products for the purposes of or in connection with regulations 7 to 9.
