CHAPTER 2Suspension notices and forfeiture
Duty of enforcement authority to give notice of suspension notices and forfeiture applications etc.10
An enforcement authority F1(except where the Secretary of State is the enforcement authority) must give immediate notice to the Secretary of State of any—
a
suspension notice served by it in respect of any construction products;
b
application made by it for an order for forfeiture of any such products; or
c
other thing done in respect of any such products for the purposes of or in connection with regulations 7 to 9.
