The Tribunal may provide any information or documents requested by the Attorney General, the Solicitor General or the Lord Advocate for the purpose of preparing an application or considering whether to make an application under section 42 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 M1, section 1 of the Vexatious Actions (Scotland) Act 1898M2F1, section 100 of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 or section 33 of the Employment Tribunals Act.
