After consulting in accordance with paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007(1), the Tribunal Procedure Committee has made the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(3), 22 and 29(3) and (4) of, and Schedule 5 to that Act, section 35(5) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987(2), section 75(2) of the Agriculture Act 1947(3) and section 110 of the Land Registration Act 2002(4).
The Lord Chancellor has allowed the Rules in accordance with paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
1987 c. 31. Section 35(5) has been amended by the Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013, S.I. 2013/1036.
1947 c. 48. Section 75 has been substituted by the Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013, S.I. 2013/1036.
2002 c. 9. Section 110 has been amended by the Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013, S.I. 2013/1036.
