9. Section 11(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(1) shall continue to apply to any decision given by a rent assessment committee for an area in Wales or an agricultural land tribunal in Wales before 1st July 2013 where the right of appeal has been exercised before 1st July 2013 as if the amendment to it in Schedule 1 had not been made.
